Zoe Coyle (she/her)
A true believer in the power of self-awareness and connecting to others
Pilot Light Founder and Director Zoe Coyle, is an author, leadership facilitator, and communications training leader, with experience that spans 20 years. Zoe is globally regarded in the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors for her work in creating transformational change. She is one of Asia Pacific’s leading facilitators of Dr Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ Programme and a sought after public speaker on leadership and human connection.
Zoe’s experience intersects coaching, writing, directing, acting, and charity work, with each area enabling her to bring a wide breadth of knowledge and deep insight to her work. She is passionate about empowering people to live and work from a place of greater connection, inclusivity, self-awareness, empathy and power.
Zoe’s inimitable ability to meaningfully connect with individuals and transform them sets the stage for Pilot Light’s reputation for inspiring powerful change. She is the communication coach of choice for the CEO’s of some of Australia’s largest organisations where she delivers bespoke content and culture programmes that enable true leadership and success. She has undertaken trauma training and graduated from NIDA with a Bachelor of Performing Arts. Zoe is a sought after MC, keynote speaker and is the mother of four children and a wirehaired dachshund named Solace. She signed a two book deal with Ultimo Press, and her debut novel ‘Where the Light Gets In’ was published in Australia and the UK in 2022. Her new novel, ‘The Dangers of Female Provocation’ was published in May of this year and is to be published in the UK in early 2024.

Dr Polly McGee (they/them)
Passionate about inspiring curious, resilient, well rounded humans
Dr Polly McGee is an author, leadership facilitator, therapeutic coach and all-purpose human being with over a decade working in leadership programme design, delivery and culture change for public, university, NFP and private sector roles.
One of only 400 people selected globally to be trained by Dr Brené Brown and her Dare to Lead™ ™ certified programme facilitation, Polly delivers trauma informed leadership and therapeutic coaching recognising that what holds us back are our unconscious traumas rather than the truth of our own magnificence. Polly has a PhD in Gender Studies exploring gender, narrative and identity and is completing a Masters in Counselling, focussing on trauma.
Polly is a sought after speaker and MC, bringing their skills in interviewing and listening with empathy and humour to stages large and small. Author of 'The Good Hustle' (Murdoch Press) Polly writes, speaks and facilitates at the intersection of spirituality, neuroscience, transpersonal psychology and personal narrative, and is passionate about inspiring curious, resilient, wholehearted humans.

annie looby (she/her)
To inspire others in a collaborative process so that together, we can create connection.
Annie is a facilitator, counsellor and psychotherapist. In addition to being part of the Pilot Light team, Annie has a private practice in Sydney, and is a senior facilitator of the Hoffman Process Australia, a 7-day residential personal growth process, which is a deep dive into the limiting beliefs and behaviours adopted in our family of origin. A powerful, transformative process, it is a true path to personal freedom. In addition to her Counselling and Psychotherapeutic qualifications (GradDip Counselling & Applied Psychotherapy), Annie has completed 2 years of Advanced Clinical Training in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Jutka Freiman’s accredited Enneagram Teacher training and is a certified Transpersonal Coach. Working in the counselling sector, Annie continues to be inspired by the beauty, frailty and resilience of the human spirit and considers it a privilege to bear witness to the courage and inherent goodness of each of the people she counsels.
Annie has a background in the performing arts. She is an accomplished actor, producer and teacher of over 30 years’ experience. As a NIDA graduate, the arts have been a major focus of Annie’s life and she has an unwavering belief in the power of creative expression as a healing force. Whether it’s music, art, theatre or literature, Annie loves the human capacity to create meaning in all expressive forms.
One of her favourite quotes by Victor Frankl is: “Between stimulus and response lies a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose a response. In our response lies our growth and our happiness”.
Martin Beeche (he/him)
on a mission to change the way leaders turn up to their teams, their families and to themselves.
Martin is an entrepreneur from the education and financial services sectors. Martin led a distinguished 15-year career in global investment banking becoming one of the youngest ever managing directors in Credit Suisse in London. In 2014, Martin co-founded and became the CEO of Prosper Education, an education technology company delivering an online learning platform to thousands of schools and families around the world, teaching English and social and emotional learning skills.
His experience of being a corporate CEO, multiple start-up founder, investment bank managing director and elite athlete, allows for a true understanding of the needs of the audience, with empathy, intelligence and insight. Martin is a leader with a passion for helping people live to their full potential and inspiring them to create a life filled with meaning, self-awareness and purpose.
Martin is a founding director of EduGrowth in 2015, the national peak body for education technology in Australia, sat on the investment committee for EduGrowth’s start-up incubator fund and continues to serve on the main board today.
In 2020 Martin joined Pilot Light as a Director. He brings to his clients a unique perspective of his own journey, from the challenges and triumphs of investment banking, the corporate world and competing on the world’s sports stage, through to a more relationship focused and empathetic resourced style of leadership.
Martin graduated top of his class (2012) in a Sloan Masters of Leadership and Strategy at London Business School.
