Who’s it for?
Teams of an organisation who have completed the 1, 2 or 3-day Dare to Lead or the ‘Best of Dare to Lead’ programme.
Content
Delivered to organisation’s teams who have completed the 1,2 or 3 day Dare to Lead programme, this is a regular check in each month to support people in their leadership journey.
Sharing, listening and learning, this 90 minute check-in is a great way to keep your organisation’s culture alive and to support each of your team members in their own individual personal and professional growth.
Each month there is a new theme (Difficult conversations, BRAVING trust, etc); then a ‘homework’ sharing session where participants share their experience of the past month practicing the skill of the month. A short video with Brene Brown talking (new proprietary content not previously seen) about the theme of the month and bringing it to life in very practical ways. Then a discussion on the theme of the month and how to apply it in everyday life.
It’s also invaluable for new staff who have joined these teams to attend these as part of their on-boarding to the culture of the organisation and prepares them very well to do the 3-day Dare to Lead workshop at some point in the future.
