Where do we find the skills and courage in these uncertain times to step into the brand new leadership challenge that’s facing us all? We are all wrangling with uncertainty and a brand new horizon. We are being given the invitation to adapt, evolve and to rise to the challenge.

Content
Structured as four 2 hour sessions:
Session One: Knowing Self – Values, vulnerability and the super-power of breath.
Session Two: Knowing Others – The power tools of empathy, generosity and kindness. Leading from all points of an organisation.
Session Three: Powerful Communication – Earthed confidence, difficult conversation skills; giving and receiving feedback. We all face additional challenges when communicating whilst remote and we’ll give some tips and tools on how to manage these challenges and even some benefits of communicating online
Session Four: Connection – Understanding amour, why we put it on, when and how to take it off and how we build and maintain a community when remote.
Outcomes
Tools and skills for your teams to build trust and connection
Learn some of Brené Brown’s four skillsets of courageous leadership, and how to apply them in a remote working situation
As a leader you are invited to measure the performance of your team in different ways than when they were sitting in the office near you
Your remote team will feel more seen and understood, less anxious and will help build a high-performance remote team culture
