Summary

If you’ve ever had a sense that you’re not coming from your centre, your power and or your authenticity, you’ve experienced imposter syndrome. Pilot Light have observed this pattern in every company they’ve trained in. In this workshop we will explore your two core values as an individual and what happens when you’re not clear on them or don’t live into them, and most importantly, what happens when you do!

Content

If your two core personal values are not observable, measurable and behaviouralised they’re meaningless. We will explore integrity and the bravery to be vulnerable enough to let people see who we actually are. Without this we can’t truly be brave, be a daring leader nor work functionally on a team. Being brave enough to be truly authentic in your work and personal life, is phenomenally energizing, liberating and your team will love you for it.
